As we move into fall, business is starting to return to a “new normal,” and that means more training and professional development needs for libraries and other community-serving organizations.
Even as my clients have adjusted their operations due to COVID-19, I’ve adjusted my training topics to meet their needs. My experience with crisis communications, funding reductions, health and safety concerns, and marketing during unusual circumstances, is all coming in handy during this time.
I also have enjoyed seeing friends and colleagues who are experts in diversity and social justice bringing their expertise and experience to the forefront to meet the needs of our country right now. One such colleague is Kim Crowder, who I’ve known for many years. Check out her website to learn more about what she does.
I hope that you are successfully navigating your new normal, and that you are healthy and safe during this time.
