Next week, November 6, marks the official one-year anniversary of Cordelia Anderson Consulting. I am so excited to commemorate this anniversary, and to thank all of you for your support during the last twelve months.
I have learned so much this past year: how to file articles of incorporation, how to become a certified woman-owned small business, how to write a book, and how to manage a full slate of clients. Each new lesson has made the business stronger and made me more confident. So many of you helped me along the way, whether you offered referrals, expertise, or a friendly chat over a cup of coffee. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all. I hope the past year has brought you many joys and victories as well.
I’d like to take a moment to thank all of the people and organizations who have been my clients over the past year. Whether it was for consulting, speaking, writing, public relations or marketing services, each engagement has been an opportunity to learn, grow and sustain my business.

I was also invited by two organizations to be a storyteller at their events. Special thanks to them for giving me this opportunity!
And finally, I’d like to thank ALA Editions for accepting my proposal for a book about library marketing and communications set to come out next year.
